Hi Tingy

Who does the servicing on the car, I am looking for just such a car, I was hoping to get one with less Km's on it to be truthful. Have you got any pic's of the interior.

Cheers Rickie

Well done Tingy,

Not bad for a car that's got 'a lot of km'.....

It shows how well your car has been looked after, inside and out........

You have to see this car to appreciate it, beautiful......

Isn't the saying "condition not kilometres"?  Depends on your reason for buying the car I suppose.

Maybe organise an SMT, meeting at say Gloucester.  Midway for everyone.  Talk cars, coffee.

The old guy might even take his old sports car out for a drive ;)

This sounds like a great idea, maybe we could give them a run over to the dingo gate and into Moonan Flat for lunch, i know Pete doesn't mind a bit of rally:D

 Bloody hell thats clean inside!

Thanks Lee, it's clean, tidy and reliable.

Looking good Tingy. I'm sure someone will snap that up soon.

I hope so mate i'm going to run out of garage space shortly.

yep.

dickering over km's on a 30 year old car is a bit pointless..

Oops, racked up a few more today. Got a bit warm up where i was today, sunroof closed and A/C on, bewdiful.

I think they say buy the newest in the best condition you can afford, & always talk to a Porsche specialist before purchase & get a PPI.

Tiny's looks excellent, but I would like one with less K on it, just on its looks I have considered going against the advise I have been given.

As long as the clutch has some life , the km are irrelevant. Engines are very very durable; none of this IMS stuff or chain tensioner problems or or....

Everything else is easily refurbed ; the great interior is a major plus.

I've been driving mine all this week and they are fabulous cars. As I have a spare engine & gearbox I see myself driving mine for at least 30 years :) By which stage it will be 65 years old!

Somebody must buy this soon.

How much did you pay for your spare engine & gearbox, that would cover all bases

Too many kms apparently, what about this then, too many kms?

Maybe there is a perception that low price = problems.  Increase your price to $25000,  get a low ball offer of $15000 and take it.  :D

and it has a rubber tail and boost.

My feedback.   I considered it and would take it, however I have been voted down by my family.   They are all "911" snobs it seems.   I think OZ930 is on the ball.  $12.8k is good value.....so bump it up a bit and then make the new owner feel good when he "gets a bargain".   $12k for this is great value.

I'm happy to put my feedback in as well ....

I spoke to Steve regarding buying his car for DreamrJr. I know it well and have driven with it on many occasions.....

Unfortunately Jr's budget doesn't extend this far. He still has a while to go to save enough.

If you are considering it, it is worth looking at. This is the car that got Jr interested in 944's in the first place.

GLWS .....
