Ok a certain person keeps stuffing with my tow car so i am selling it and hiring a company from now on. IF YOU LIVE IN BALLARAT I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE. It was attacked on Christmas day, the day before my Birthday and 2 weeks ago. Thank god i had insurance this time so cheers you Krazy Kat, 5K will come in handy for another Tassie Holiday ;)

Runs great needs a service two rear tyres and airbag reset plus front and rear screen (BITCH F U) for roady, i can assist

3.8 Conversion with compliance so no tacky alloytec

Has a stalker attached to it so if you are game i suggest full comprehensive.

You know you love them right when they stalk you for a year (Someone needs a hug but not from me lol)

$1 no reserve swaps may be ok great car but keeps getting trashed

Enjoy and i have cool vids and pics that go with the Commy door that you can have too

A 1989 911 turbo for sale at gosford bunnings.., price $99k.

Catch.. looks to me as if a 993 interior and exterior has been swapped in. I can't decide if this car is a great buy or someone's mess waiting to give the owner a big head ache.

This isn't in Australia, but thought it worth sharing here any.

A burnt out genuine black 73 911 RS currently available for a fraction of the usual $1 million price tag.  Excellent buying if you have the additional budget to fix her up properly.

@turboT - it's almost black on black on black, and would be the centre piece of the collection you are currently amassing.

Does anyone have any thoughts/know anything about this car

Worth a closer look.

Assuming the LHS to RHS conversion has been done well - metal work and the wiring in particular - it would be then worth looking at all the usual universal 911 foibles before making an offer.

Can't really comment on the dollars as I don't usually follow the conversion market place but there are many here who do and aren't short of an opinion.

But it has been for sale for a while and the market is pretty slow.

The smugglers box is the usual give away. This is different between LHD and rhd cars and only the very most thorough conversion will update it.  The metal work is next to the vin so it takes a lot of unstitching to make it a proper rhd.

lesser issues include the mirror positions (they are not symmetrical) and things like window switches (two switches on drivers side).

the us indicators are a good sign it is converted LHD but not exclusive because other LHD markets had the same as rhd and some people retrofit the us indicators for reasons unknown.

Think I might end up getting a boxster and avoid the 911 minefield ?

that's crazy talk!
