White GTS been gone a few weeks the other one even longer I think. You in the market for another B)

I'd have another but I'm pretty happy with what I've got. :)

If there's a couple of new owners floating around, it'd be great to hear from them on here.

is that the one that was for sale for a loooooong time a couple of years ago bearing the Vic number plate A928S4?

Do you mean the one that was a bit rough and $10k? It does not look like that one and with the repairs that were needed to that one you would not have a $15k unreserved auction as it would cost way more to get back in shape..... the naff badges get me!! It could be a "cheap" way into an S4, but then again no 928 is cheap :P

Who'd want a water cooled front engined car anyway...

Special people like you and me :CoolDance:

I think this may be the cheap one that was for sale last year.... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1989-Porsche-928-S4-Auto-/152507333994?hash=item2382253d6a:g:TAEAAOSwAANY7Wm4

if not 3 the same colour ??

Although photo quality shows it to be much darker.?

kick the plug out of the socket to Tassie?

I know I suggested that avatar @KGB but 3 posts in a row is getting a bit much for me to look at....you're creeping me out dude!

Please refrain from such frequent posting and allow some less disturbing avatars to break things up.

I do still crack up every time I see it though!

@ANF search party being formed to locate your whereabouts...  Did someone kick the plug out of the socket to Tassie?

50deg 7' 15" N/ 122deg 57' 16" W

Ok, clearly you did not get my reference..... I was in Whistler at the time... :)

Back home now and 928 prices appear to have gone nuts in the month I was away

It seems very strange to say this, but these 928s could be a good entry point into 928 ownership (?!) - all over $20k!

May be too modded, rear guards look wrong as do wheels and height of vehicle (if you are going to all that trouble....) https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-928-1982/SSE-AD-4648097/?Cr=0

Non original on the outside (S4 "update") but looks original on the inside... https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-928-1981/SSE-AD-4645938/?Cr=5

Another S4 "update" with a little bling added! https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-928-1982/SSE-AD-4705480/?Cr=6

A local Tassie car https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-928-1979/SSE-AD-4657451/?Cr=8 pretty sure a non factory colour and if it was standard could be the pick....

The most standard one of the group except for 8inch rear wheels https://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-928-1983/SSE-AD-4567321/?Cr=14 and probably a good one to start with....

The 928 market has shifted! Most of the above are modded in some way, and most could be rectified too.

One more.... https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/shailer-park/cars-vans-utes/1980-porsche-928-coupe/1143944508

I don't mind the black one...wonder if it's the original colour...

I'm sure i've spotted it on the road and it looked and sounded great.

Would look good murdered out - all black w black wheels - 928OTLW!
