Pork Chops Posted 17March, 2017 Author Report Share Posted 17March, 2017 So myself @P-Kay and @Okrasa Kid made a visit to Skunkwerks yesterday. Sorry @TP-993 you couldn't make it Tim. We've all got cars down there and fancied a day trip out to the cuds so a plan was hatched. I got to see my paint samples in the flesh, as well as how Klassy and the Devin are all getting on. I'm down to the last 2 colours....possibly the last three, but the boys at Skunk have another step they're offering to try and help make my mind up once and for all. Details to be revealed later. Nevertheless, I'd go for the Val.Identical colour. Per the above I cut the Fraise card in half and one part is on the roof and the other the door. It's the difference in how it picks up the light being horizontal versus vertical. It may be slightly exaggerated but it's certainly close to what my eye saw. You'll note the green also changes quite a bit from a darker green on the door versus a lighter aqua (with heaps of blue) on the bonnet. It is for this fact that the 'right colour' is FraiseSafe to say opinion is divided right down the line, including my thoughts. To me both are such strong colours it's a tough choice so I'll stew on it for as long as I can. It's a tough life in the first world. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I like the reflector replacement I can't wait to see it fitted.
