Whats for sale (in Australia ) and interesting Thread

Recommended Posts

I have a mate who wants a long bonnet 911. He is looking at the white one at Rye and I said there an issue with the vin.

I know it has been discussed. Someone please send me a link back to the discussion.

He has joined the forum as :Big Air Pierre"

Any advice would be much appreciated. Does not want to pay Duttons/CTS prices.

I am afraid all of Pete's beers will be long gone by the time 997's get to $40k let alone $20k.

$40k - give it 12 months. Already 5 on carsales in the $60k's.

$20k - you are probably right there - way too many 996's and 928's cushioning that blow :)

Pete has a lot of beer to get through..

PM Michael - he seems to know a bit about this car

Hmm, reading 991 brochure, must choose a colour......I'd like to be different.....I know, bronze over red:

http://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Porsche-911-Carrera-2012/OAG-AD-2052663

No GT3s available any more so try this instead.

There is a blue one for sale over on pelican now at US $350k. It doesn't have original motor in it and will be supplied with sale though as it had been 'cleaned and inspected'. On original condition k's makes the one above good buying in comparison

illuminated vanity mirror plus

EXCITING FEATURES - Limited slip diff (LSD) - Cruise control - ABS brakes - Sports pedals - Multi-function control screen - Sports instruments - Driver & passenger airbags

I can't help myself when it comes to pointing out lame advertsing

Exciting to me is no airbags , no power steering , no ABS etc, but then again I do love the older land rovers.

It's worth asking the owner if its been in an accident. If its the car I think it is it would be worth contacting Peter Fitzgerald for a full disclosure.

Definitely Hugh ^^

GT3 buying rule #1, check for accident history...

lime green SC - cool

copper shit brown with red interior - WTF

Colour of a wealthy gentleman's study in the 18 &19 80s. Doesn't show cigar burns.

Nowadays it's all pastelly colours and floral drapes with faux leather flat pak chaise longues from the orient ...

Designers...wtf?

that ain't no designer colour combo. It's an owner special. Probably runs a concreting company and has a partnership in several low end but very popular restaurants
