$7,000, 2 owner, manual 928 presumably won't last long?  http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Porsche-928-1980/SSE-AD-3983545/?Cr=4

It's only 7 grand (what's that,  the price of new tyres on a 997?), it's a vintage Porsche and what's more , a V8. FFS someone here buy it and have some fun!

It's you guys who have ruined the value/price equation ;) The internet is an auction site in that it promotes competitive behaviour. Win at any cost? Often it seems.

(must be an echo)

spoke to the daughter and also followed up on where it is serviced. Needs a lot of TLC including interior, motor (oil leak) and paint.  Described by the mechanic as a good project.  The current owner has owned it for 30 or so years. Has some racing history by winning category B of the Cannonball run in the NT years back the mechanic also mentioned.
