Mike D'Silva Posted 8January, 2015 Report Share Posted 8January, 2015 Delivery date pencilled in for 16th Jan Just a few things left on the to-do list: clean and detail, apply paint protection film and side decals, another dyno sesh, fit horn button, adjust door gaps, road testing and a couple of other minor things. autohaus emblem is a pretty nifty touch. Congrats mate.. car looks horn!

FortuneAuto Posted 13January, 2015 Report Share Posted 13January, 2015 Nice car! When will the side stickers and duck tail be installed? Hope to see this car in person 1 day.

JV911 Posted 14January, 2015 Author Report Share Posted 14January, 2015 One more job ticked off the to-do list. Managed to squeeze some more power out of it too Just had a good chat to AH. It turns out the resonance flap wasn't working at the first dyno sesh so when they said they "found more power" they actually meant another 38! Combined with some other tweaks we're now over 100 more than stock They've also done a good deal of road testing and they themselves are amazed at how good it is out of the box...steering feel and weight, firmness, turn in, acceleration, stopping all spot on. The only minor thing was a little droning with the fabspeed system at highway speeds but nothing really to worry about. f3nr15 and Peter M

hugh Posted 23January, 2015 Report Share Posted 23January, 2015 Still trying to understand why the decal ended halfway up the door? Obviously decided against the green for the stickers? Hope you don't have to wait much longer,
JV911 Posted 23January, 2015 Author Report Share Posted 23January, 2015 I'm guessing so it would fit without having to cut the E and/or so it's in line with the bumpers (the AH guys weren't there to supervise) Getting it remade a few % smaller. Can move it a ~30 forward too so will be able to get it lower. Green was too in your face hugh
TrevMcRev Posted 24January, 2015 Report Share Posted 24January, 2015 I like the Black decal on the dark grey, it's tough, not lairy. Will look spot on once re-done.
