SimonN Posted 30March, 2017 Report Share Posted 30March, 2017 Bloody smart arse. Yes, some Amy's have very nice arses As for somebody to check out a barn find in Croatia, I think you are going to struggle. I don't think it would be a problem to get it shipped, but I would imagine that any inspection is going to need somebody to fly in because I doubt you will find anybody who can recommend a Porsche specialist there, although I have asked the question of my european friends. At a minimum, I would expect it would cost a return air fare plus rental car plus 1 night accommodation and 2 days "labour" just to get it checked out. Depending on where it is, you might get lucky and it could be done in a day. I looked at flights to Croatia only last week from both London and France. They are not cheap unless booked well in advance. I could easily see this costing a few thousand dollars just to check it out.I'll get back to you if any of my friends have suggestions. Pork Chops Posted 12April, 2017 Report Share Posted 12April, 2017 ^ yeah, otherwise you'd have to yell 'I've got wood' every time you change gear or use the hand brake.
