996-7 Turbo Market Watch

$200k for an imported (NZ) 996T with 100km on it … The “no time wasters or dreamers” request is fair, he’s wasted enough of his own time listing it at that dreamt up price 😂

I suppose if you decide to sell and crack open Carsales, you see that black manual for $260k and think $200k is a good price … until someone tells you that’s been for sale for 900 years … although so has the blue one for $159k.

$175k for a manual 997.1 Turbo - some mods but pretty low km - seems like a good buy? https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2007-porsche-911-997-turbo-11

Looks like it sold at $175k. According to the ad, Australian delivered and with low kms (44,000)

What does this put the price of a higher km 996 turbo manual?

Hasn't the blue one had an up close and personal encounter with souther aurora?

I seem to recall someone here looking at it and then passing?

I remember there was “something” about that car… but couldn’t recall if it was indeed something like what you described, or just that I didn’t like the interior colour 😂

This ^^^^^ 997 was a highly modified example. Most ppl paying big $$ want a bone stock one.

That one was very very far from stock and had been driven hard and put away wet. Often. Meth injected, Hollinger sequential roll racing beast!!!

Crazy how NZ people can get a 991 turbo for what you'd pay for a base 991 in Australia.

Not fair!!!

So here's a manual 996 turbo listed at $157.5k. The ad doesn't say if it's aust delivered.

https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/2000-porsche-911-turbo-996-manual-awd-my01/SSE-AD-15505238

It's a UK car ... don't know why he didn't say so on Carsales but same car is advertised on Facebook. Seems expensive for an import.

Also a very nice looking, low km, Speed Yellow 996T on Facebook, but asking $200k 🙄 ...

That's Flamengo Red, (insufferable), or a photoshop enhanced Boxster Red (very nice).

I've had 3 Porkas with Boxster Red ints - 2 x Basalt, 1 x Artic Silver and it looks fabulous irl. Must have is black floor mats over the aged salmon pink carpets that accompany the dogs dick red int!
