Meanwhile folks are worried about the IMS....What do you spend on a aircooled car over 200-400 thousand kilometers???For the price of a bit of basic aircooled engine work from a specialist you can buy a whole other Boxrod! Pretty bloody impressive car and steering I must say. When an Audi R8 can't shake you in the corners, in fact we closed the gap they made on the straights. Instead, put your money into the 1/4 scale Boxer motor from the P Museum (included in the Xmas shopping handout sent out by Porsche Aust a few days ago). $315 or so. I brought one back from the Museum last month, took about 4 1/2 hrs to put together, looks and works great!!!
