Looks like it’s sold already.

Saw some feedback on fb that someone local looked at it. Service history till 2011 then scattered plus no ims. Still good buying if your like me and love rolling the ims dice 😉

Well, this is an interesting listing...

Looking forward to seeing how buyers respond to this:

Surely you’d stump up the extra for a turbo at that price

Hasn't that always been the question...

When you could choose a 9964S from around $70k, relative (manual coupe) 996Turbo's were around $100-120k.

Now 996Turbo's are around $140-170, I guess it's logical for the next desirable model to move up too..!

Guess that theory applies for any model 911.

No offence to the C4S guys here, I think they’re a great car but not a $125k car

Used to think the same in the late 90s and early 2000s driving my 911T when I'd look at a dude in a 911S... WTF would you spend $50k on an S when it's almost identical car to my $22k T :D  Who's laughing now?  Answer - both of us!  But the guy that stoned up for the S is doing a lot better ;)

Lot of effort gone into that advert (not).......

Asking that amount of coin you'd think they would try to be be more persuasive as to why this car is worth that much

Why is a 9934S worth what it is, or a 964C2?  Maybe the “first water cooled” now means something (prolly not),

What’s cheaper and “better”* (your definition is key to the answer)?

$95k for an Auto with 95km?

If it sells near that number QED.

Jump on Carsales & check out the asking price for ANY 964 .... which was universally hated by just about anyone & everyone for ages.... and suddenly $125K for a top nick 996 4S not only looks do-able, it almost makes sense!!

(apologies to all 964 lovers!)

A mere $35k more than an auto selling with similar Ks only two weeks ago.

Trying it on perhaps?

True .. but it's $50k more desirable so a relative bargain! .. 😅

You're probably right about trying it on .. but this is the first manual coupe in quite a while and plenty of interest in one.

I hope we find out the end result ..

It’ll sell at a discount due to unsavoury color. 👹
