😂😂

Let’s not get confused here optioning features, wether they be performance related or simply cosmetic are not exclusive to new cars.

You couldn’t get stitching options in 996 days could you? PTS? Change of caliper and door handle colour? Front axle lift? I’m sure the list has grown significantly to become a tailored spec. Personally I love radio deletes.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this is the same car Autohaus Hamilton sold not that long ago...it had a full glass out respray which is not mentioned now but mentioned in the old sales when it had 4,200 less kms.

2000 PORSCHE 911 GT3 996 - ATFD3881205 - JUST CARS

Different car I'd say, new advert says Queensland delivered, the JustCars advert says Melbourne delivered.......

You’re wrong.

The car now at autohaus is mine, Queensland delivered and original paint, confirmed by Ron Goodman when I bought it, except I had the front bumper resprayed at that time as the old PPF made a mess of it upon removal.

I always chuckle when people say it’s “997” money, your browsing the wrong thread if you’re interested in those 🙃

I don't think those collecting cars 'quick steers' are designed to be anything else than a marketing piece covering mainly condition. Far as enthusiasm, if you watch them all he never takes any of the cars past 3-4krevs - street driving around the CC offices in someone else's car that is about to be sold on the platform.

This. Coming soon to CC. Nothing more.

It’s a bit like porn, the more into it you get the more niche your tastes get

warn somebody before you make statements like that!

Gold....Pure Gold. That would have to be quote of the month, if not year! 🤣

Spat my coffee all over my bloody laptop

That is the awesome part about the brand - so many sporty niches covered. I'm personally loving my mid-life crisis top down with the wind in my hair (982 Spyder). I equally love the 996 GT3 but for very different reasons.

No such thing as a bad Porsche experience in my books, just different.

I'm not sure what to be more jealous about, the 982 Spyder or you having hair?

Coming soon to Collecting Cars (also currently on Facebook for ~$210K)

2000 Porsche 911 (996) GT3 for sale by auction in North Rocks, NSW, Australia (collectingcars.com)

FYI: by the KM's travelled (colour, condition, options), I think this may be the Porsche Centre Doncaster 996 GT3 sold as discussed above/previously.

p.s looks sensational..........

Might not be the quick flip he was hoping ... Unsold at $155k highest bid.

Wonder if the guy selling the iris blue touring on carsales will see that.

Give it another few weeks then there will be a 100k price drop, followed by a 50k increase when a few enquiries come through haha

Unsurprising result for the auction.

Same seller had a BMW 1M finish today, sold at $79k. Also a Z3M clown shoe that didn’t sell and the M3 CSL finishing in a couple of days.

First day out in the 996 gt3 at Philip island today. Gave me exactly the feels I was after and exposed my reliance on traction and stability control driving this thing in the wet! Was a hoot, super engaging and not as scary as I first thought.

Well done mate! Nothing like tearing the bandaid off and getting stuck in 💪

I've found you learn a lot about these cars on a wet track, most would shy from that, but I'd certainly recommend it.

It is a slippery slope though... I just did my first outing in a 996 Cup over the Easter weekend, and so I find myself in quite the quandary

Looks like he’s well and truly made up for it with the CSL - currently at $285k!
