Seems like a good way into LH ownership.  You could finish and flip if you wanted.

From info provided could be a nice pickup or not so good for the $$$ required, depending on so many areas of quality resto ... right hand conversion, body and paint quality, Total?? engine rebuild, blah blah blah …... I think a detailed phone call may disclose the possibility of a good one at a reasonable price to put your personal touches on that someone else has already spent the bulk of the resto $$$$ on. Or maybe not.... I'd have a look for you Symsy if I was in Sydney atm.

Had a chat with Ben and this is about to be taken off their website as they cannot determine what the car is. He told me there is a plate "welded" on that denotes it's a 1971 T but there is no other evidence to suggest that being the case.

Apparently it's in good shape, could made a good racer?

The metal facia under kneepad piece approximately at the ash tray / radio will have the production number stamped which you can then trace back (to a point) if its 73 and pre,  or if really keen you you can pull off the dash and if lucky the same hand written production number will still be intact on the metal there as well.

This makes an interesting alternative  ...... unless someone did all the work themselves you couldn't build it for less, and then it's still a converted car ...
