I stuffed a set of 997.2 PCCB’s in 22,000km of which 4,000 would have been spirited driving.

Get them over 400C in temperature  and they degrade (oxidise) fast. That’s why the wear is measured by weight.
PCCB are great for dust and rubbish for anything else.  At the time they were $40K to replace. Aftermarket  $20K.

I now consider PCCB a liability.
Not to mention the rim damage from rocks due to the larger than steel rotor diameter putting the callipers mm from the rim on newer cars.

You're correct - they're sh!t.

PorscheDen also have the biggest Daddy of all - in white - @symsy - its all you!!!

Its an ask for sure..... but if that white one from Sydney had a lot more Klms and a dubious history... still had sofas and an aftermarket cage.

But i agree - there is sill a delta/increase of at least $100k.....

Fast, tidy car...   I chased this on the road a few times in my  Melbourne mayhem days .. not sure if the owner still lurks here , but if i was looking for a car like that ..I would give this a good tyre kicking .  Its how I would mod one ..

Yep that looks like a nice car.   Would be pretty tidy pace wise point to point I reckon looking at it!

Its the older sibling to that Turbo you know so so well in Sydney ;)   Not quite as shiny but for its years a similar style of owner and tune etc..  I just want one of each 993, 996 , 997 ..Turbos all the way

Would love to know if there is a story. Seems underpriced for what other manuals are going for, so a little odd.

Was advertised for $118k about 10 months again then the add was pulled. Reappeared and now sold.
