12 x GT4'S FOR SALE

average of less than 3000kms on ea

must be crap

who will blink first, a 991 GT3 RS or GT4 owner.  Only takes one to falter and accept a low ball offer and a new low benchmark is set. With 10+ of each on market and a tiny buyer pool, something has to give (says he with hope of a $150k GT4....!).

Flip your 993TT while you can...

"However, PCA public relations director Paul Ellis warned that the inflating prices of classic Porsches may not continue forever.

“No one can forecast 20 years down the track – which car is going to be a classic, and which car is not,” he said.

“Right now we’re seeing prices of the final air-cooled generation 911s, the 993 model, just going through the roof. The 993 turbo has doubled in market price inside the last three years, which is significant.

“How long is this sustainable? I’m not sure.

“We have very low interest rates, so the cash market is pretty strong in terms of there is money there to be lent, but that bubble…there’s going to come a point in time where there’s going to have so much air that is blown into the bubble, that it’s going to burst.

“When? I don’t know, but this can’t be sustained for too long.” "

  That's 99% of air cooled Porsche's isn't it?

Can't say I will shed a tear for any of them. If you buy a new car to flip for a quick profit serves you right. GT4 in particular is on thin ice. The most common GT car Porsche has ever imported, and it's not a GT3. Doesn't matter how good the car is, there are only so many wallets with $150k+ to spend on a second hand car.

Asking a lot of money for a car that is far from good. That is the correct money for imacculate cars. I have recently seen ones like that for $100k less.

Well the SMSF Auditor has me over a barrel now & reckons I have to liquidate my 911 into 'SMSF approved' cash by start of next FY  :o

Has the BUBBLE burst for the value of red SCs? Mine is early 78, came here in 1990s from LA has engineered RH conversion & matching numbers.

Done high K's but still very original & has been a fantastic club car. I want it to go to a good home.

Any ideas on the current realistic price? I will advertise it here first.

lots of SC owners who will chime in but casual observation top prices for SC's seem to be $80-$100k. Being a converted car will hurt the value though. Could be as much as 50%
