Is the second pic post or during the conditioning phase?

 stage one. Rejuvenating oil

you can see what I’m starting with. Dirty stained, though  very low milage seat skins

will use the rejuvenating oil two or three times over the next week. Then  stage two, which is using the pristine clean

Drove my 993 in it’s natural habitat yesterday - the racetrack! Did my first club supersprint with PCNSW at SMSP, North Circuit. Once I got the tyre pressures and suspension settings (PSS10’s) sorted, the car performed faultlessly (I on the other hand can do with much more practice!!)

What a perfect Valentine's Day gift from me to my lovely old gal!

Pics attached. Also left a recommendation for Trung @ Powderhouse here on the site.

Thank you! Yes, love it too. Funny to think it wasn't a popular color in the 70s. It also seems to be making a come back, with 992 GT3 coming out in the new hero color - Shark Blue, which is just a shade different to Arrow!

Had the old ABS warning light come on Saturday morning on the 964. It's one of those little, intermittent bugs that rears its ugly head from time to time. Cleaned all the contact points on the ABS Relay along with the relays on the Hydraulic unit and got it sorted (for now).

bit of work 🙄 on the carrier system

more cleaning and rejuvenation of red boxsta seats

broke the left side locking latch of the 74 targa roof , while roof in place . No spring tension . So cannot remove from car to begin rebuild .. any suggestions

picked up service kits for the 944 turbo , 996 and ‘74

getting the 944t ready for rego inspection and the 996 ready for renewal

Not sure what’s going to be driveable for  Luftwasser .. at this pace a toss up between driving the boxsta and the smart roadster

Friday actually, service and checkover as preparation for Luftwasser.  Carried out as usual by David Ringsgwandl, our go to Porsche man in Tassie.  As you'll see from the photo he's got a bit on at the moment - Tuthill rally Porsche rebuild, Cayman Targa prep, and a 992 Targa build - owner drove the car on the road for testing this weekend.  Expert rollcage build by Jason White (Of Targa Tas and other fame) - super neat job, the welds look fantastic, in fact you'd swear the car was built with the cage, although it is basically a Carrera S that will have some bigger brakes and louder exhaust as part of the final spec.

Nice work Steve, been thinking I probably need to do that as well. Was pulling them apart straightforward or a few tricks involved? That grease certainly gets everywhere doesn’t it.
